• All data is stored securely on encrypted servers via Supabase (US/EU regions).

• Transmission is secured via HTTPS and TLS 1.3.

• Access to production data is restricted to authorized INTELLURA engineers only.

For apps like INTELLURA Kids, we comply with:

• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

• Google Play Families Policy

• Apple Kids Category Guidelines

Parents can review or request deletion of their child’s data at any time via support@intellura.ae.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
Users can request account or data deletion at any time through the in-app settings or by emailing support@intellura.ae.
