NTELLURA Compatibility AI is designed for structured compatibility analysis. We do not support or allow any form of compensated interactions, gifting for companionship, or paid interactions. Premium features are cosmetic and informational only — they do not affect connection ranking, discovery order, or access to other users.

  • Data required for legal compliance may be retained as required by law

9. Children's Privacy

NTELLURA is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data. 10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with or uses the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Subscription management and payment processing

  • Apple Sign-In & Google Sign-In: Authentication

11. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications for connections, messages, and important service updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INTELLURA LLC-FZ shall not be liable for:

  • Any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your personal data

  • Any actions taken by other users based on your profile information

  • Any consequences arising from interactions with other users, online or offline

  • Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided by other users

  • Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

13. Warning System, Content Monitoring, and Account Enforcement

NTELLURA maintains a three-strike warning system and uses automated content moderation to monitor chat messages for prohibited content, including sexual, gambling, and violent material.

13.1 Automated Content Moderation

All messages sent through our chat system are automatically scanned by our content moderation system. When prohibited content is detected:

  • The message is blocked from being delivered

  • A violation record is created including: the violation type, flagged content, your user ID, and timestamp

  • The violation is reported to our admin team with your full account details for review

  • You receive a warning notification

This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enforcing our Terms of Service, maintaining community safety, and complying with Apple App Store and Google Play Store content policies.

13.2 Warning System

When you receive a warning (whether from automated moderation or manual admin action), you are notified by email and in-app notification. Warnings are recorded and stored as part of your account history.

Upon receiving a third warning, your account will be automatically suspended pending administrator review. During suspension, all your personal data remains stored but is inaccessible to you and hidden from other users.

An administrator will review your case and may:

  • Restore your account access

  • Extend the suspension

  • Permanently ban or delete your account

We retain warning history, violation records, suspension records, and related activity logs for the purpose of enforcing our Terms of Service, investigating reports, and ensuring community safety.

14. Account Deletion and Data Removal

When you or an administrator deletes your account, all personal data is permanently and irrecoverably removed, including:

  • Profile information, photos, and verification media

  • Connections, messages, and conversation history

  • Activity logs and usage data

  • Subscription records (though payment history may be retained by Apple/Google)

⚠️ Account deletion is final and cannot be undone. There is no recovery process. Once deleted, you cannot restore your account, retrieve your data, or reclaim any connections or conversations. No refund is provided for any active subscription.

To use NTELLURA again after account deletion, you must create an entirely new account.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

  • Sending a notification through the Service

  • Requiring re-acceptance for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
