INTELLURA – Data Deletion Policy

Applies to all INTELLURA L.L.C-FZ mobile applications

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and personal data across all INTELLURA applications, including:

  • INTELLURA AI Coach

  • Harmony Life Log

  • INTELLURA VPN

  • INTELLURA Kids

  • INTELLURA Translate

  • Future mobile applications published by INTELLURA L.L.C-FZ

We comply with Google Play’s Data Safety, User Data, Account Deletion, Right to Erasure, and GDPR requirements.

1. How Users Can Request Data Deletion

Users can request full account deletion and removal of all associated data through one of the following methods:

Method 1 — In-App Request

Inside each INTELLURA app, users may open:

Settings → Account → Delete Account
This action automatically sends a secure deletion request to our system.

Method 2 — Email Request

Users may email us directly:

Please include:

  • The app you are using

  • The email or ID used inside the app

  • A clear request: “I want to delete my data”

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

When a user submits a deletion request, the following data is permanently erased:

For INTELLURA AI Coach

  • Activity recognition data

  • Location (if enabled)

  • Voice command processing data

  • Wellness history

  • All synced Supabase data

For Harmony Life Log

  • Steps, sleep, heart rate (if provided)

  • Uploaded lab report images (OCR)

  • Notes and logs

  • All synced encrypted cloud data

For INTELLURA VPN

  • Account identifiers

  • Subscription status

  • Diagnostic logs
    (No browsing history is stored, so none exists to delete.)

For INTELLURA Kids

  • Anonymous gameplay analytics
    (No personal data collected.)

For INTELLURA Translate

  • No data stored (real-time only).
    (Account record, if any, will be deleted.)

3. Processing Time

After receiving a deletion request:

  • Immediate deletion of account access

  • Up to 30 days for full removal from all secure backups and servers

  • You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed

All deletions are irreversible.

4. Data We Cannot Delete

Some data may be retained temporarily only when required by:

  • Security / fraud prevention

  • Legal or regulatory obligations

  • Account payment records (Google Play / Apple) — stored by Google/Apple, not INTELLURA

We never retain health or personal data after deletion.

5. How Data Is Deleted

All deletion operations follow secure procedures:

✔ Permanent deletion from Supabase encrypted storage
✔ Removal from encrypted database tables
✔ Removal of images, files, and logs
✔ Removal from backups after 30 days
✔ No third-party sharing at any point
